Welcome to the official page of 1st International Conference on MPPT Techniques of PV and Wind Energy Systems (MPPT-2025). The MPPT-2025 is organizing by CPGC Pvt Ltd during May 08th -09th 2025 at CPGC Conventional Hall, Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India-531001. The aim of the conference is to bring high potential scholars and innovators in the field of Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) techniques in the Photovoltaic (PV) and wind energy based electric power generation systems.

Paper Submission:

The MPPT-2025 is providing facility to submit the paper through email: sankararao@cpgc.co.in Details are given in submission portal. Authors must check the format, quality, plagiarism, figures, tables and references of their submitting paper.

Submission Policy:

Papers must be within the scope of the conference and must have below categories:

Guidelines:

The submitted paper(s) should have minimum following sections:

Title of the paper

List and affiliation(s) of the author(s) including emails of all authors

Abstract

Introduction

Literature Survey

Methodology or proposed work

Results

Conclusion

Acknowledgement / funding agency if any

Appendix if required

References (minimum 15 references and maximum should not exceed 30)

Bibliography of the authors including photos

Page length: Minimum 5 pages and maximum 8 pages in conference format (extra page charges may apply if paper exceed 8 pages, however allowed up to 11 pages only).

Scrutiny policy:

Once committee members receive the paper from author in prescribed format under scope of the conference, it will be considered for plagiarism report by turn it in software. Paper will be directly rejected without consider for further steps if plagiarism above 25%. If plagiarism is in between 15 to 20%, t will be return to author for possible reduction of plagiarism. If the plagiarism is less than 15% then it will be transferred to quality checking committee. The quality checking committee will check the paper for the quality, novelty and innovation of the work. If the paper passed from quality checking committee, it will be transferred to review committee.

Review Policy:

A single blind review process will be carried out with at least 2 experts in the subject area. In order to get an acceptance of the paper, all reviewers must be satisfied with paper quality, novelty and the way of presenting. The authors in the paper will be notified by mail once completed the review process. The reviewer may recommend the paper for acceptance, conditional acceptance, or modifications for further review, or rejected. Registration policy: Once authors received the acceptance, the registration process will begin. Authors can register under various categories (For more details, please refer Registration section).

Cancellation policy:

Authors are allowed to cancel their registration until a week before the conference. There is a refund policy on every cancelation of registration. Refund policy: The registration Fee will be refund by exception of tax and registration charges. Further there is a chance to transfer registration Fee to other paper which accepted by same author.

Restrictions to Authors:

MPPT-2025 is not allowing for adding any more authors after acceptance of the paper. Authors must not remove any author once accepted the paper without prior permission from the committee and a valid reason. Policy on Submission of final paper: MPPT-2025 is giving 10 more days to authors after the conference to author on their submission of final paper by considering all aspects suggested by experts during their presentation too.

Copyright policy:

Authors must submit the copyright form by signing at least one author in order to include their paper in the publication of conference proceedings by a reputed publisher.
